Do yourself a BIG favor and find another company to ship your vehicle.
This company will tell you whatever they think they have to in order to get
Your reservation and then figure they can string you along until they can
Get around to picking up your car.
They have the WORST customer service
I contacted United Auto Transport to pick up a 2000 Jeep Wrangler in MI and deliver it in NY.
I was told they would try to pick up the Jeep on Thursday but if not Kevin GUARANTEED it would
Be picked up by Friday. Towards the end of the day Friday I called to find out what time
The Jeep was going to be picked up. I was told hold on let me transfer you to customer service
When transferred I got Jennifer's voice mail I left a message. Did not get a phone call back Friday
The weekend passed without a return from Jennifer (Custome Service) Monday morning still no call.
On Monday morning I called again got no answer from the first 3 phone #'s but got a answer on the 4th
I explained to the man that answered and told him I am trying to find out what is going on with
Getting my Jeep picked up and that Kevin Garenteed me it would be picked up Friday. And I was told
There is no garentee and I was just talking nonsense about someone telling me they garenteed me a pick up day
He transferred me to Kevin he told me let me contact the dispatched and he would call me back.
At 5:30pm Friday I still had not recived a call back. So I called Kevin. Again he transferred me to Jennifer and
Again I got her voice mail.
