Nine days late, filthy...find someone else!

1989 Jaguar XJS convertible was dropped off at Gardenas, CA terminal April 17 before noon. ETA to Ohio via top-load, enclosed carrier, was May 8. Car sat at terminal for 2-1/2 weeks. Was finally marked as "to load" May 5. Got to Illinois May 10 and was told it would be sent on to Ohio the next day. I waited some more. After some more "it'll be there tomorrow...no, wait! It'll be the next day" it finally arrived at the destination terminal May 16.

The terminal called to say it would be delivered the next day. At 7 p.m. the next day, after another no-show with the car, I called the terminal and left a message to find out when they planned to deliver it. They called back in 15 minutes and said "oh, you wanted it today?" Yes, idiots...you said it would be delivered and that's why I stayed home all day! It finally arrived at 10 p.m. on the back of a crappy tow truck and was filthy...the bottom of it was covered with mud and the dried rain spots on the top were so thick it looked like a glass that has been through a dishwasher way too many times. Clearly, it had sat through many rain showers during its journey. I'll know more about it's condition after it gets washed.

This is the third car we have had shipped and was by far the worst experience. DAS was recommended by the Ebay seller, so we went with them. If I had checked their reviews before going with his recommendation, and found someone else, I would have saved myself a lot of trouble.

"Dependable," they were not!
