I will not pontificate a long winded review, but rather make it short, sweet and factual. The process of finding a car transporting company was probably the hardest part. G.I.D. didn't give me the best quote, (second best) but I find being an owner of a small business myself, you get what you pay for. I expressed to Mr. David Pein that my car was to be treated with kid gloves and I may be the most difficult client he would have to deal with up to this point in his career. He accepted the challenge and understood that while he may ship hundreds of cars a month, I only care about how my car is shipped. The driver came within the window time we agreed upon and my car arrived in South Florida in the time frame that was expected with no damage. There were minimal hiccups and mostly in part to the anxiety I had shipping my car. However, when I called , I either got an answer at that time or with in 2 hours. Usually when a transaction of this caliber is completed you never hear from anyone again, however to my surprise, I did receive a phone call from Mr. Pein asking how everything went and was his service to my satisfaction. Indeed it was. Bravo to you G.I.D. and in the event I may need this inexhaustible service again, I will call you to take the reins. Thank you.
