Richard Kelly eagerly accepted our $100 deposit (which has not been returned). We saw the "F" rating on BBB, but Richard assured us that was because they didn't want to pay the annual $500 fee to the BBB. There were mostly positive reviews and 4 or 5 negative ones on transportreviews.com. YOU CAN ADD US TO THE NEGATIVE ONES. Richard assured us that their company doesn't "bait and switch" - and that is exactly what they did! The original quote (signed by us) was for $500. The day before the car was to be picked up, we were told the truck had mechanical problems and a few days later said the new driver would require $600 on delivery - on top of the $100 we already paid. We made MULTIPLE calls and sent MANY emails to Richard and Barry, and they never responded. We left for Colorado (leaving our car in Tucson, which certainly was not our plan). Four days after our arrival in Colorado, while attending our granddaughter's college graduation - and not available by cell phone - a call came in which we did not receive, and a second call from the driver an hour later, which we did receive, said he was picking up the car in 15 minutes (at a fee of $600 on delivery)! Obviously this would not work for us, so we told him not to pick up the car. We then contacted another company, who picked up our car 2 days later and delivered it 2 days after that. They had excellent communication with phone calls and emails, even gave us an after-hours cell phone number to call if we needed to, and the phone number of the trucker so we could keep in contact. I'd be happy to recommend this new company to anyone thinking about transporting their vehicle.
