From the first phone call being in distress after another company had not followed through with their promise of pick up date, Auto Shipping group called me right back and arranged a pickup date and they were on time with my Mini Cooper. It was delivered in great condition and on time. There was continued communication between Jeremee and myself as well as others from AutoShipping Co. I felt very reassured in the dealings with Jeremee. He really took the extra step of keeping the communication viable. The other professionals at AutoShipping Co. were wonderful as well. This is the third time I have shipped my mini with this company. I would highly recommend them.
