My experience with Fleet Express was a complete horror. I will never recommend anyone to use this company to transport any type of vehicle. I first contacted the company to transport my car from Minnesota to Maryland since I was heading out to the east for an internship experience. They said they will have a guaranteed pick up and delivery date. Richard was the guy I first talked to and he provided excellent customer service the first day I contacted him. He assured me everything will be as he said it would and we agreed and he sent me an order form through my email to fill out my information. I filled that information a week later and emailed him with it. He never contacted me saying he had received it so I decided to call him and check. He answered and said he would give me a call back on 05/10/2014. I waited the whole day for his call and when he didn't call like he said he would, I called and no one was there to answer. My credit card was already charged on 05/05/2014. I called back again on May 11 and no one answered my phone call until I used a different number. Barry answered and he said he would have Richard call me back. I waited the whole day and no one called me back. I called on Monday the whole day and no one answered the phone. Since my pick up date was on 05/13/2014 I was getting a little aggravated by their customer service. On Tuesday, I made it my mission to call and make sure they called me. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail on the (866) 237 4930. Mind you, all this time I was calling, I was also leaving voice mails. I also emailed them but no one got back to me. Then Barry calls me back and tells me since I was dealing with Richard he wasn't able to help me. I told him Richard was not answering any of my phone calls and that I was worried that my car wasn't going to get shipped out on time. And yet, he said that it was not his problem but that he would have someone call me back after an hour. I waited and no one called me back. Basically, that was the last time I ever spoke to anyone from Fleet Express. No one ever called me back and no one ever came to pick up my car. I waited the whole night and in the morning I called more than 20 times but no one answered my phone. They have caller ID and I believe they were not answering on purpose because when my sister called their number, they answered and hang up the phone on her as soon as she asked for the manager. They weren't willing to give back my money and they were not willing to answer the phone. The funny thing is, I contacted different auto transport companies and basically everyone who saw that I had a scheduled pick up with them told me that since I cannot double book, that I had to take of Fleet Express first and tell them I do not require their service anymore. But I wasn't even able to do that because every time I called they would not answer. And three of the different Auto Transport companies that I contacted said they were a joke and did not know what they were doing. THREE OF THE COMPANIES SAID THAT. Again, my experience with Fleet was horrible. Unless you want to suffer from the same experience I had, I suggest you go with a different company regardless of how low of a payment they ask for. They lie to you and they charge your credit card for a service they do not offer. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM.

MARGARET KNOWS WE SHOWED UP ON TIME...SHE DELAYED US TWO DAYS THEN GOT UPSET THAT WE HAD TO CHARGE MORE DUE TO LOSING TOW DAYS. NOT FAIR AT ALL. WE ALWAYS ANSWERED THE PHONE
