I was nervous, with this being the first time I have shipped a vehicle. The agent was able to confidently answer all of my questions and concerns, and was able to promptly set up a shipment time. The company did a great job keeping in the loop with where my car was, and the car arrived on time and in fine working order. My only (very minor) complaint would be that the car was extremely dirty, it took 2 car washes (including hand wash) to clean the vehicle. Other than that, the whole experience was perfect!
