The National reps, Monica and Lisa, went out of their way to accomodate me and meet my needs. The price was very reasonable and although pick up was scheduled immediately, it had to be postponed due to a problem on my end. As soon as the problem was corrected, National picked up right where we left off and had the pick up done within two days. Delivery was much faster than I expected, communications with both National and the transport driver were exceptional, and at no time did I feel left alone to deal with the situation by myself. Monica and Lisa and the transporter were all with me every step of the way. My bike arrived quickly and undamaged and I will gladly use and recommend National in the future.
