I felt the price was fair. Contacted John to arrange transport, he required $169 deposit on a credit card ( first flag went up.) This was done 5/2/14 (friday).I requested Monday 5/7/14 pickup as we were leaving NC to return to WI on 5/8, He asked if it could be done on Sunday 5/6/14. I said yes. When Monday morning rolled around I had not heard from anyone, I tried to contact John with the 2 numbers he left me and BOTH said; " cal could nor be completed as dialed" (2nd flag went off in my head) I called my credit card company to verify if any charges were made. The deposit of $169 was done on 5/2/14.
Monday afternoon I was called by a nice young lady to verify trucks condition and that they would be able to make the pickup on Tuesday 5/8/14. I told her we would not be there but my wife's Uncle would. I was called by my wife's Uncle around noon on Tuesday to tell us that the truck was loaded on the hauler with no problems. We arrived back home Tuesday 5/8/14 at 8:30 PM. Got a call on Wednesday 5/9/14 from the driver (Chris) that he was north of Chicago and would be at our house in about 2 hours after making 2 more stops. He arrived around 8 PM, offloaded our truck, no damages.
All in all the move went well.
