Poor company, Poor service

The first contact, Degnan, was fine. I later had extream problems contacting the company and talked to the owner who was unprofessional and insulting. I wanted out of my contract due to poor service and he would not agree. They closed their business for a number of days and would not accept calls or return messages. I stayed with them because the owner would not agree to release me from the contract. Both pick up and drop off were unacceptably late. At drop off they charged me $200 extra for what they claimed to be over weight cars. I would never use them again and would advise all to avoid them.

How dare ANYONE in the United States of America in the year 2014 give a company a bad review because of their religious beliefs. Yes, we close for the Jewish holiday of Passover it was noted on our auto attendant, and this person had the audacity to insist that we should pick up our phones on the holiday. Additionally, the shipper tells us the vehicle is one thing then when the driver gets there the vehicle is GROSSLY OVERWEIGHT. We told the shipper that the trucks go through weigh stations, but of course THAT was unacceptable to this client as well. As is with human nature, some people are NEVER satisfied, period!
