If you pay enough, you can get your car picked up right away and delivered right away. If you want to wait to get the best deal, it's painfully slow. My experience is that you'll pay more than the quote because I didn't want to play around with low bids for a month. The carrier did a good job. My car got here without a scratch however, the first time they came to my house they had the wrong car. Even the driver was embarrassed but, he came back with my car in about an hour.
