Terrible experience from the time they picked up my car in Texas. Their web page boasts, honesty integrity and 24/7 customer service, which is far from the truth. They will answer all your questions UNTIL they pick up your car and then you are no longer a priority as a customer. My point of contact at Get it done , Cat, promised me a no hidden fees quote, ensured me their company would be the transporter and would send me the driver info once dispatched. The driver showed up to pick up my car and coerced my friend to adding $50 bucks unto my bill for surf racks. At first he wanted a $100. So there goes the no hidden fees out the door. They subcontracted my car shipment to another carrier, who took 7 days to get my car from Houston to Los Angeles. (They promised me 3 day shipment.) The number they provided for the trucking company was always answered by someone who barely spoke English who was very rude on the phone. When I asked what was taking so long, the trucking company rep said, " we are not a helicopter and your car will not arrive the date you were promised." They were very unprofessional and there was an obvious lack of communication because of a language barrier. I could not understand what they said. I did attempt to contact Get it done a few times by email and phone, and my inquiries were put on the back burner. The 24/7 customer service is far from the truth. Additionally, I finally was able to talk to David( the owner) who promised "to get to the bottom of it and return my call." He never called back. Additional fee of $50, car arrived 4 days later than promised and not to mention all the money I blew on hotels food etc waiting for my car to get to Los Angeles. It was not worth it. I will never use their service or recommend them to anyone.

1st I want to sincerely apologize to Aimee for any troubles and stress. As you see below in a review that was written hours ago today, plus the other 1000 5 star reviews (including archived) this is a rare instance. The carrier did charge her an additional 50.00 for roof racks because this was not represented by Aimee when requested a quote, also the car was scheduled for delivery in 3 days but there was a mechanical issue which Aimee was made aware of and she was (understandable so) not happy about. We don't live in a perfect world and rarely especially in logistics there can be minor delays, but I believe its what you do about the situation to make it right. I did give Aimee a refund of OVER 200.00 to try and make right of the situation, I know that does not make up for any caused stress but it does show good faith and a attempt to make things right. Aimee, thank you for the opportunity to work for you, and thank you for your honest feedback. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
