Bought a car for my daughter in Ohio and need it transported to Florida. I never had to do this before, so I was more than a little bit apprehensive about getting the car moved. I spent several hours researching auto transport companies and was won over to AmeriFreight by the overwhelming number of positive responses. Granted, the company provides a discount for a positive post. However, discount all those totally and I still found compelling reasons to use AmeriFreight. First and foremost, they do a substantial amount of business for the U.S. Government.

I contacted Jorge and was immediately put at ease by his congenial manner. He was calm, answered all my questions thoroughly and completely and totally made me feel at ease. I especially liked the fact that I knew my worst case scenario regarding cost up front. Candidly, I really didn't believe Jorge would get me a lower cost than what was quoted, but......guess what? I ended up paying at least $150 less than the max quoted.

Communication was great throughout the process. Pick up was quicker than expected and delivery was also early. I could not have asked for a better experience. Believe me, if I ever have to move a car again I'm ONLY calling Jorge.

One small note on the comments from our customer is that we do not compensate for only positive reviews. Discounts are given irrespective of the type of review. When looking through the history of our reviews one can easily see that even less favorable reviews received a discount. We offer incentives on reviews because we need to know how well we performed in our efforts to offer stellar service to our customers. As a note of interest. MOST other companies also offer incentives but often coerce customers only to leave positive reviews and also not to indicate they are receiving a reward or possible reward if they levee only good reviews. This tactic is deplorable. We are transparent and honest in ALL we do.
