Great first time experience

Ultra professional experience from the get-go. Once set up (via Montway), I'd called the Alpine main office to fine tune the pickup and delivery dates, which were challenging because of Midwest weather conditions at the time (Feb 2014). Phone was answered quickly, and I didn't have to wait for assistance. I was referred to Jake, the assigned driver for the job, who was in MN at the time picking up or dropping off another vehicle.

Jake was responsive, both to phone calls and text messages from that first contact throughout the entire process. He kept me informed of where he was, when he expected to arrive, where he needed to be before and after, etc. He was able to work with semi-complicated pick-up circumstances, and next thing I knew, the car was delivered a few days later, without a scratch on it.

Delivery was behind a Target store close to my office. I'd driven over there in my normal car, watched him carefully unload the vintage he'd delivered (amazing enclosed carrier clam shell design), and then had two cars I somehow needed to get back to my office. I'd planned on having someone else return to Target with me to retrieve my normal car, but Jake offered to help out with this; he drove my normal car, and I drove the vintage to my office - then I brought him back. He didn't have to do this - but he did! Great attitude, and tremendous customer service.

If I ever have to ship a car again, I'm going with Alpine Transport. A great experience, and an even better value for the cost.
