My husband first contacted her before he had to PCS. After he left all the responsibility was passed over to me. Julie was very pleasant every conversation. She was very informative. She gave me the information for the company and driver that would be picking my vehicle up. They came 3 days early which was great because my husband was in need of a car and it got to New York from Texas that Sunday! I was and am very grateful for Julie and her help with getting my car shipped.. I now have her number saved in my phone for when we have to ship my vehicles again! SHE IS AWESOME.. Oh and not to mention no damage was done to my car!!
