This is my second experience shipping a car from Illinois to California. Both experiences were successful, however, Kim put me at ease about the process from the start. She is very knowledgeable about the process. She was able to arrange for pick up very fast...within couple of days. She used the phrase: "we will take good care of you", which was nice to hear. I was impressed with the convenient email communication such as the electronic signature and pickup/delivery confirmations. Kim made herself available by giving me her direct line to the office for questions and concerns. She was quick to respond to emails and voicemail. The driver from Vice was very nice an accommodating. Communicating with him was easy and friendly. I was pleased with fast the door to door service and the use of an enclosed trailer. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I will use Direct Connect again for shipping a car in the future because of employees like Kim and the quality of their service.
