Not Honest/Hung up on me
Review: I contacted this company beginning in June of 2013 for a pick-up ( in Mass) at the end of January, 2014 and a return pickup at the end of March ( in Florida). When we called in Mid-January to confirm they said they would get back to us. Then when we called closer to the pick up date they acted like they never heard of us. We had a contract! they said something about people who had left the company and no longer worked there caused the mix up. I said " what does that matter". Then they said the price had gone up $100 each way. Then they said they were not sure they could get a driver and then they said the pick up would not be in the time frame we were promised. So we canceled and asked for our $200 deposit back. A guy named Daniel said ok ( after giving us a great deal of grief and run around). We have not received our deposit back. When I called them on April 25, 2014( after sending several e-mails which they ignored ). They told me to get the money back from the bank. What does my bank have to do with it? So I asked to speak to someone in charge. Leo was put on the line and all he did was complain about how busy they were and told me to go to my bank(?). Then he hung up on me. By the way he would not give me his last name.

I rarely write reviews but I am incensed by this company who is not honest, is rude and does not get the job done. Don't use them. Look at the other bad reviews. Someone called them a bunch of clowns. Buyer beware. Terrible experience.
