When I first called, Melissa was very friendly and helpful. The carrier arrived on time and was very friendly to me. He called ahead of time and confirmed his arrival. The transport process took about seven days. The car arrived in good condition. Again, the carrier was very friendly and was willing to drop off my car at 11pm a day earlier, because I had to work the next day and could not pick up the vehicle at the original delivery date. Overall, I thought this was a good experience.
