A week after the locals picked up, their place was broken into and my car was damaged. It took 9 days to be repaired. Then car sat for another 8 days before it FINALLY left Oregon. I was assured I could always track my car- WRONG! Never could get anyone to answer phone; always had to leave a message. Customer Service is a joke- once even called/told me to stop having my friend go into the locals to inquire about my car. Wow! DAS seriously lacks in communication so no one is on same page. Car was filthy when I received it. Had to rent a car for 4 weeks, DAS reimbursed me for 2 of the weeks. Still would NEVER use DAS again or recommend them.
