Horse trailer overloaded, hired for my 7 horses only to deadhead to Phoenix.

I hired Triple AC Horse Transport to hauled ONLY my 7 horses in a 7 horse trailer. They were to go from my ranch in termo, Ca. directly to Phoenix, Az. Instead, the hauler went to Fresno, dropped off all my feed and hay, and crammed an 8th horse in a 7 horse trailer to be delivered to a farm on San Marcos Pass road in the Santa Barbara area. The road is posted that no vehicles of this size should be on this road. The trailer over turned, killing one of my mares, and another had to be destroyed due to extensive injuries. Two f my horses are in intensive care at Alamo Pintado Veterinary Clinic. One will require extensive skin grafts to both her hind legs, will be scarred forever and will not be able to be bred this yeat or shown. My other warmblood mare suffered extensive damage to her left knee and almost died before they could get her out of the trailer.
My money for this trip has not been returned.All y hay and feed was thrown out.
I bred trained and raised all these horses and they were my family. No horse lover should EVER have to be subjected to their loved animals going through this horror,
