AutoStar Transport and Logistics is a fully licensed and bonded broker that meets all requirements of the FMCSA. Customer had two lengthy conversations with our agent prior to booking and NEVER once did our agent mention we had our own trucks, in fact just the opposite. Customer was informed very clearly how the broker/carrier process works PRIOR to booking. Customer placed his order online agreeing to all terms and conditions, and it is clearly spelled out in our T and Cs, that we are a fully licensed broker. Since the order was placed voluntarily by the customer, who also paid his deposit voluntarily, we have had multiple emails and phone conversations with customer keeping him up to date on the progress of the order. The only one that is telling lies is the customer in his review of our company and our qualified agents. We are very sorry that a carrier was not assigned in a timely manner, but this in no way constitutes being called liars! Since this review, we attempted to speak to customer to try and resolve this matter, but customer hung up on us. We wish the customer well.
