We own a hot rod shop and we were going to ship a car for one of our customers from South Carolina to Wisconsin. Suncoast gave us a 1-5 window period for pick-up. After the five days had passed and our car was not picked up Suncoast called us back and told us they were going to drop their deposit down and add $50 to the load, so that maybe we could get someone to pick it up. Suncoast did a great job of keeping in contact and letting me know what was going on. Unfortunately at the two week mark and the car hadn't picked up our customer went out on their own and booked another broker, which is a breech of contract, however our customer didn't sign the contract with Suncoast I did and I had given my debit card information for the deposit. I didn't realize our customer had done that, until talking with Suncoast I had been told a family member was going to take it. Of course Suncoast could see that it was posted with another broker so they could have charged me the $150 fortunately they were kind enough since it was out of my control, they just closed the order and did not charge me a fee. I would definitely recommend Suncoast and their customer service is A+++ even if we didn't get to ship the car with them.
