I set up my schedule about 14 days in advance. When the move week came things were on time. Come move day the driver who was coming to pick up my car ran into a mechanical issue. While this did cause me some stress, how could I get upset? Things like this happen. Montway did work with me on setting up an alternate pick-up location. The location was a little further off the main road, but was still well within a metro area. Originally my car was to be picked up in the Baltimore area, but was moved to the DC area where my mom lives. It took 2 weeks to arrange for a driver to pick up my car. After my car was picked up it was delivered within 3 days. The driver was nice and my car arrived in the same condition it was picked up in.

Overall I am satisfied. Montway stayed with my need and found a way. Looking back, they did the best job they could have done.

I recommend using them.
