The absolute worse experience I have ever had trying to get a car transported. The car was se to be moved three different times, The seller was getting upset with me for not having it picked up, I left messages, and emails with road RoadRunner, and never got a single response, till four days after delivering my truck to a Las Vegas storage yard, which I had to pays the fees on (at 25.00) per day. The customer service people are rude, and carless. They do not communicate with the truck drivers. We own a trucking company, I can relate to what that driver was dealing with, My advice to him, and anyone who wants to transport cars or have one transported, STAY AWAY FROM ROADRUNNER
