Lack honesty and professionalism

Sam Golden is the most unprofessional person. After receiving the deposit, his whole demeanor changed. The vehicle was promised a delivery of 4 days but once I received the paperwork, it had 7 days on it and when I questioned him, he became angry yelling and would not return the deposit but even moreso, the vehicle was not delivered until 10 days later and he or anyone from his company would not return calls between the 7-10 days. Additionally, the company charged a different price than quoted because paying with a credit card but when questioned, he did reverse the 10% after I stated I will refute the extra charge with the credit card company. Bottom line, this company or this representative from this company is not credible and I would never use again nor recommend to any military or non military personnel.

Dear Pam, All transit times are estimated. 4-7 days as on your paper work. We are not going to be blackmailed into refunding your deposit. Your car was picked up and delivered. We did our job as promised. We didn't charge you anything but what was on the contract you signed and returned. A 150.00 broker fee, and 600 went to your carrier.While we are happy your car arrived safely we are sorry it took a few extra days. Winter weather has been tough for everyone. Especially the truckers. Sincerely , Management
