I was content with the overall experience, my only issue was I was informed by 7* transport that my vehicle would be picked up on Monday the 31st of March. When no one showed up or called by 4pm I had to call to find out what was going on. I was unable to reach the person working my order, and tried to get on the phone with dispatch. I kept being sent to voice mail, so I called back and started putting in different extensions until I was able to get someone on the phone and find out what was going on. When I finally did get someone he informed me that someone had dropped the ball and my car would not be picked up until the following day. Therefore, I took an extra day off work, and they did not show up to pick up the car until 5pm. While I would use this company again I would not be willing to be accommodating to their time schedules.
