WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

BEWARE...MAKE PROMISES THEY DON'T KEEP.
I had called a month in advance to have my car transported from Florida to California. I gave them a 10 day window in which the car could be picked and delivered. They said no problem. And there it began. The first company they set me up with tried to communicate with me through text only and were going to deliver my car before I even arrived in California. They said if I wasn't there to accept delivery that they would take the car back to Florida. Ridiculous. Then they couldn't find another carrier until 12 hours before I got on a plane. No stress there. The other carrier wasn't able to make the date I needed the car by so I ended up having to rent a car for a week. They wouldn't cover any of that cost even though they couldn't meet my needs. Then the carrier was 3 days later than expected and they did nothing to compensate for that either. They could have cared less about helping me in anyway or that they didn't fulfill their initial promises. I spoke to 2 manager's who both told me that they would "look into things" and never heard back from either of them. Need I really say more...

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to the customer despite all our efforts to please the customer and to prove the great service we are offering to tens of thousands of our satisfied customers. Now the facts: The Customer made a reservation with us to pickup his 2014 Lexus from Palm Harbor, FL and delivers it to Santa Monica, CA. The 1st Avail day for Pickup was 03/24/14 with two days window as required by the Department of Transportation. A carrier has been assigned to do the job on 03/25/14 with estimated delivery by 04/03/14 which is very normal ETA for cross country car transportation. Unfortunately, despite our explanation given to the customer and the detailed agreement signed by him, the customer must have lost his patience and decided that we should compensate him for something beyond our responsibility and without breaching the agreement. We take our job seriously and in full responsibility. In cases we do not meeting the agreement we will compensate the customer. We are a reliable company operates in the market for about 6 years and our reputation in general and on this site speaks for itself. We will be happy to serve this customer again and give him the best service, and even maybe a discount with the hope of converting him to one of our satisfied customers.
