Communication, Customer Service, Cooperative driver during transport was very acceptable. We approve of the service so much that we scheduled another transport by this company when another transport company, ordered by a dealership that we purchased from, failed to deliver as agreed. While the company may give incentives for good reviews I was only asked to do so after I had already emailed to let them know how much we appreciated working with them.
