Driver was on time, communicated with me to keep track of his progress, and was very careful while loading my car. The dispatcher was very helpful,and professional in advising me on the best way to get my automobile delivered. The truck driver was very professional and was very careful to find any dents or blemishes. He needed no help in loading the car secured it well and left with me feeling good about watching my car leave. Whenever I deal with something like this it is always worrisome when I have no experience with the folks I am dealing with, and to begin with, I was concerned but Brandon from Auto Shipping Group was very professional and made me feel comfortable with the process, walked me threw the paper work and how to best pay for the shipment. The person receiving my car was to get the car with transportation paid for, so a part of the payment was sent with the driver and I was comfortable doing that after meeting the driver. I have shipped a few vehicles this year and this was the most positive experience I have had. I was impressed with how quick Brandon was able to accomodate my needs. I will always compare pricing, but I will use Auto Shipping Group if they are competitive.
