I got lots of initial emails when I was shopping for a transport company. Nick Dominguez was the only one that followed up with a phone call. Then, when I told him I had made other arrangements, he was still very courteous, and we had a good conversation that left me feeling that I should keep his number to recommend to my friends, should they need an auto transport company. He is an excellent representative for Upscale, and their bid was very competetive. Had I not been so short of money, I would have chosen them over the others because of Nick's manners, knowledge, and friendliness. He made me feel, very quickly, that his company would treat my mom's car the way I wanted it treated, and that I could trust any driver assigned to do the move.
