This was my first time shipping a car and didn't really understand the process. It took awhile to set everything up because I was having trouble setting the car up for pick up on my end. The customer service rep was patient, informative and helped me through the process. I had specific dates that I needed the car and it was being shipped from Ohio to California. I was hesitant that it the car would be delivered on time but they were able to find a carrier in the time allotted. The shipping company they set me up with was great. I was in contact with the driver the entire time and he delivered it on time. My car was shipped in an enclosed trailer.
