I had read multiple 5-Star reviews about Auto Shipping Group, Inc. and Lance Staab, who represents them. I had just come out of a cancelled contract with RoadRunner Auto Transport in NYC (worst customer service ever; they lied to me about having carriers who even drive the route from Raleigh, NC to my hometown in CA!).

I called Lance and he gave it to me straight, not like a typical salesman, but honest as the day is long. He educated me about how this industry works and what one must spend to get their vehicle to "small town USA." Lance works 7 days a week and he has called/emailed me daily to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle. He works daily from 6am to 7pm and later into the evening if it means he can help a customer book a vehicle transport. No kidding!

I have never worked with a professional who works harder than Lance to make things happen at a price that works for me. He goes beyond the extra mile and I HIGHLY recommend calling Lance at 360-940-7941. If you get his voice mail, he'll call you back, always within 5 - 15 minutes. He takes great pride in his job and pleasing customers is what makes him the happiest. He is a rare breed in this day and age. Call Lance at Auto Shipping Group, Inc., you'll be so happy you did! Don't waste your time with anyone else who tells you they can ship your vehicle for a ridiculously low price cross-country - it can't be done. ***** 5-STARS for Lance Staab and Auto Shipping Group, Inc!

Lance Staab 360-940-7941 Lance@autoshippinggroup.com Auto Shipping Group Lisa, your the best. I feel like I am undeserving of your review. I just take it upon myself to think if I was in your shoes and wanting to get my vehicle shipped. I would want to be told up front what it takes to get it transported. I take it upon myself to treat every vehicle as if it was my own. I thank you so much for your review. I will do my best to make what you said about me a reality for each and every person who transports their vehicle with me. Thank you again. I am at a loss for words
