Unethical practices

I had contracted with them to deliver a truck, I had no response back from them after I had filled out the info and faxed it to them, I called and the lady said that she would have someone call me.

By the end of Tuesday with no response I found a trucker on my own and canceled, they canceled with me in the morning stating that they could not find a trucker and still charged my credit card $75.

After my conversation with a mad Chris, he sent out my private info to everyone, and I had to cancel my credit card. I had over 60 phone calls and emails from other shippers in under an hour that he had sent my information to after he had canceled with me, to get back at me for canceling.

This guy Chris is unethical, and knows nothing about customer service, "Do not use them"

John placed an order with us on 3/20/14. The quote was for a pick up time frame of 1-9 business days. On 3/26/14 we received an email from Jon stating that he needed to cancel his order with us. As per our contract if a shipment is cancelled within the time frame we provided a $75.00 Cancellation/Administration fees applies.When accepting our offer you have agreed to our terms and conditions. We were only 4 business days into our time frame. We have also offered to put the $75 Cancellation fee toward his next shipment as well. I also believe that the poor performance of the 1st broker he worked with left a bad taste in his mouth that we are now having it taken out on us.I am uncertain as to what Jon is referring to with the numerous phone calls he received as we do not share any of our customers information.
