Overall: I would recommend using Safeway Auto and use them in the future. Pros: Friendly customer service. The driver was friendly, available, and accommodating. Cons: I didn't expect that the job would be sub-contracted to another company. The truck was not owned by Safeway and driver was not employed by Safeway. The date of pick-up and arrival didn't align directly with the dates the company said they would; however for the distance my car was traveling it was understandable.
