This was a painless experience. The car was picked up and I did not worry. My contact Lance was exceptional all the way. Never did this before and for whatever reason...I did not worry and the car arrived safe and sound. The car was a day late....but with good reason...."Big Snow Storm" in the Mid-West. It was not a problem for me...the driver with the car carrier was safe. He was a great driver and very pleasant.
