What I liked about Julie from (Red Carpet Auto Transport)) was how through and thoughtful she was in the process of preparing me to ship my automobile out of the country. She took away all of my confusion and stress. She arranged the pick-up of my automobile from my residence to the docks. She explained in detail the steps I needed to take to get my car ready for shipment. It was refreshing to do business with a company that kept me informed throughout the process. If she told me that my automobile was going to be picked up on a certain date (it happened). She informed me that I was going to received numerous emails and the actions I need to take with some of them. She also called the port to find out what date the carrier was sailing, so that we could coordinate the pick- up of my vehicle with the ports sailing date. The Agent that picked my automobile was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to call my home when he was finished at the docks to inform me that my vehicle had been received and processed through the port for shipment.
