The Broker - Bill - kept me in constant status of the process and the latest status , that was very inportant to me because with all of the complexity and the confusion on moving a car as well as the personal problems with a wife that was having major surgery in the middle of all this, Bill Avrich, made me feel that he was doing his job and I didn't have to worry about the car problem.. That was his problem and he was going to make it happen.

I would use him again. He checked to make sure that the trucker was also doing what was needed.

I found out that there are a lot of choices in this business and some will give you a line of sh??. You just don't know where you stand - not so with Transport Connection they take the ball and make it happen.

The best is the constant follow up and they answer the phone. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks
