(Malia McClain (360) 853-2806 ext 7021 was my POC, from the moment she answered the phone I felt comfortable. I have seen so many negative reviews about brokers, that I was concerned and wary. She quoted me a price, not too low and not too high and I felt it was fair, she also told me she would call me as soon as she secured a carrier, this was at 7pm, next day she called at 830am, and advised that she had secured a carrier, however, they were asking for $150 over the quote. I was not happy about the change but I was on a deadline to get the vehicle picked up, so it was agreed upon the new price. I was informed by the seller of the vehicle, that the trucking co. (Sunwest, Inc.) showed up on time and that the driver estimated to be here a day earlier, and to top it off, the carrier was an enclosed carrier. The driver (Tom), arrived as promised, a day earlier, Tom was an experienced driver, polite and just a great person. I would highly recommend them.
Please note, even though Auto Shipping Group is offering an incentive at the time of this review, I would have done it anyway, I did have a pleasant experience!
