I had decided to move back home to Alabama after some time, and I called a few companies for quotes but 7 star gave me an excellent quote and their customer representative was excellent over the phone. He answered all of my questions and concerns and I felt like I could trust my car to their driver. They were quick and efficient. I got assigned a driver and a carrier the same day, with an estimated delivery time. During my wait, I even received a phone call from Jack to keep me updated on where the driver was with my car. It calmed my down, knowing that it would be arriving on time as I was originally told. My car was not damaged and nothing was stolen from inside. It actually looked cleaner than when I gave it to the driver, it seems he washed the car before bringing it to me. The driver and the representative were efficient and I would certainly use them again if I ever needed it, as well as recommend them to whoever needed their car transport. Thank you 7 Star!
