When I first contacted red carpet auto transport I was told what I needed to do and how it would play out. Since the very beginning Felicia gave me a great step by step instruction so I was always updated. This was my first time contacting red carpet auto and my first time shipping a truck before and I am satisfied with the service and would gladly use them again. They got my truck transported quickly and at the cheapest price even though I had a short time frame. I highly recommend using red carpet auto!

You may not know this....but most people who contact us online have never transported a vehicle before. This is a tricky industry and a lot of details must happen behind the scenes to make the process appear smooth and painless on your side. Customer service is really important in a service sector.
