Wow. After a week and a half of trying to contact several shipping companies that only sent emails and requests for a deposit (apparently not a good sign)and would return phone calls. I sent Dave an email and got a response by phone the same day. We discussed what I needed and what I expected and what was reasonable. He gave me a rough quote on the cost to move my car and a time frame. Before hanging up he said he would send me an email confirming what we talked about and would start looking for a truck for the job. During the phone conversation he did mention he might not use an actual Alpine truck as he also had a list of quality companies that might be able to do the job as well. Much to my surprise he called the next day and said he had a truck lined up and the cost would actually be less than discussed. Again there was a confirmation email. I called the previous owner of the car and gave him a time frame for the pick up. After the car was picked up the previous owner called me and informed me that the car was in route and the truck had called ahead so he had time to meet them. The next day I received a call from Dave confirming the car was in route and when it was expected to be delivered. The day before delivery the driver actually called me (also in the original discussion with Dave) and gave me a two hour window for the arrival. The day of delivery I got a call from the driver again informing me that they where in town and I should meet them at my shop. I arrived to see my car being unloaded in the same condition it was loaded in. I had the previous owner take pictures of the car before loading, just in case. The driver and his partner were great they even help me push the car around the lot and into my shop. When I ship again I'm using Alpine and Dave without any hesitation.

Brian, Thank you for leaving such a great review and in depth account of the transport, I sincerely appreciate it and enjoyed working with you. I'm happy to have provided the level of customer service you were looking for and deserved in the beginning. It's very unfortunate so many companies out there are only in this for a deposit not to actually provide a real service to the customer. We do our very best to provide a positive and memorable experience for each and every customer. A huge part of that is providing great communication throughout the entire process. I take a lot of pride in my communication with the customer, my drivers and anyone else involved in the transaction. We know by doing this you will call us the next time or refer your friends and family if they have any transportation needs. That's just simply good business.
