Top three reasons I'd use AmeriFreight again:
1. Prompt responses to my queries.
2. Didn't bombard me with annoying emails, calls, texts when I was in the "research" phase of finding a transport company.
3. Quickly arranged easy transport from TX to MO - no problems at all!
Jessica at AmeriFreight was easy to deal with, and she answered all my questions quickly. I ended up being in a bind, and needed to get my truck transported in a tight amount of time. Jessica was honest that it might be tough finding a carrier who'd be able to, but lo and behold, she secured a carrier (ADA Transport) who was able to take the job at the quoted price only two days after I'd hired AmeriFreight to book my truck's transport. She communicated quickly with me, and she communicated with the carrier on my behalf when I was having trouble getting someone from the carrier on the phone. Within 5 days, my truck was scheduled for pick up, picked up at my house, and delivered at my destination. No problems.
Couldn't think of a better comparison than a certain beloved cartoon race car - Lightning McQueen - to compare the speedy and excellent service! Thanks AmeriFreight! KA-CHOW! :-)
