Robert was very helpful in explaining the process and also sent links to reviews and what to look for in a company. I didn't have a firm date that I needed the car sent to my sister, so I told it could be shipped as soon as the next day and total shipping time would be 7-10 days. He said the transportation company had a cancellation for the following morning. They called and gave me a window of 9:00 am to noon the next morning. The driver called at 1pm and said he has a flat and because it was Sunday, he was having a hard time finding someone. So, we rescheduled for the following day 9Monday) and he arrived right before 9:00 am. Super quick transaction.

Robert took off $25 for the inconvenience of the pick up day/time being delayed. My sister sent me a text on Thursday morning telling me the driver called her and would arrive in 2 hours. Car arrived with no problems, no changes in quoted price and MUCH quicker than anticipated. He beat the USPS priority mail box I sent her with the extra keys and pink slip!

I've never had to ship a car, and don't think I'll be having to do it again anytime soon, but I would certainly recommend them to anyone that asked for a referral.
