A very positive experience from Illinois to Washington. I was given several phone calls for estimated time of arrival and a thorough discussion and reassurance if the car arrived damaged and how we will handle it. My BMW 750 Lix arrived in perfect condition and ahead of schedule. Driver delivered it right to my front door. Driver was professional looking, helpful, and shared in my excitement. He offered to drive it into my garage since these cars aren't user friendly with their gear shift if you are new to them. Driver gave me ample time to inspect the car's exterior for damage with no pressure. He was cautious of not getting oil or dirt on my Oyster interior - Whew! Perfect Transaction from start to finish! Thanks NAO!!
