Great overall experience. No complaints, only compliments. I was initially hesitant as this was my first time shipping a vehicle, and there were so many online quotes and companies to consider. I didn't really understand how the process works, but Michelle enthusiastically explained to me what I could reasonably expect. She was well mannered, easy to contact, and very communicative. The drivers who were hired to transport the vehicle were also very polite and took good care of my vehicle. If I had it to do over again, I would have no problems calling Michelle for help. Thank you!

It says compensated review, but no one gave me money or anything else to write my review. The "compensation" is an entry to win a monthly drawing. That does not change my experience thus far. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. Now if could only win the monthly drawing, that would be icing on the cake.
