I contacted Magic Carpet and Stephanie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about shipping my car to Florida to my son. The problem I ran into was the TLC auto shipping driver who did not follow the contract that I had agreed to with Magic auto Transport. Driver said he only accepted cash at drop off. I had issued a certified check to them at drop off point and the driver refused to accept it. Stephanie tried very hard to resolve this matter but I went ahead and reissued the check to my son so he could pay in cash at the drop off point. I was not pleased with the driver but happy with Ms. Hamilton's efforts to try to resolve this situation. She followed up with me during the transaction to the end.
