Let me start by saying, use this company and Manny! During my 2.5 week search for a company to transport my vehicle, I was lied to by numerous OTHER companies. This was a learning process for me. I used U-ship first and quickly learned that brokers send a low quote to bait you in and then try to raise the price a few days later because drivers will not haul the vehicle for min funds. Do not be fooled by "bargain prices". After resubmitting another request, MANNY contacted me with a price. Again, I fell for another low ball attempt which fell thru after numerous lies and being misled. Very aggravated, I called MANNY who explained the process. He DID NOT ask for a credit card upfront. He told me he would located a hauler within 3 days. Day one, he touched base with me to provide an update. Day 2, MANNY was off and had a fellow employee update me. Early on day 3, MANNY delivered as promised. MANNY explained when the vehicle would be picked up and delivered. The vehicle was to be delivered within a two day window and was delivered on the first day. The day after, MANNY contacted me to assure that I was pleased. Long story short, call NATIONAL and ask for MANNY. BTW-my cost was on line with the national average. DON'T BE FOOLED, GO WITH MANNY.
