We first found out about Auto Shipping Inc through a very satisfied customer's blog. He was also shipping his car from Chicago to Hawaii and included Kimberly's name for contact. I contacted her immediately for a quote and she was very prompt with her answer. Her response and quote were very knowledgeable - I felt like I had all the information I needed. I started looking to transport my car about 2 1/2 weeks before I was ready to ship it. I never felt pressured or bothered by Kimberly to choose this company while finalizing my decision.

Once the decision was made, Kimberly and I finalized the details very quickly (less than a half hour via e-mail). It was a very smooth process and I had no doubts in my mind that my car would be taken care of. My car was picked up on the date I requested and I was very surprised by this as it was only 4 days after making the reservation! Kimberly broke down the payment information and it was very easy to understand. She included all of the phone numbers and booking numbers I would need for the process.

The pick-up process went flawlessly. Kimberly was in contact with me the night before and during the day of pick-up. She provided me with a window of time and the contact information for the driver. She is very proactive in her work - I never had to contact her with questions about the pick up as she already had the answers for me!

6 days after my car was picked up, Kimberly let me know it arrived in California and would be on the next vessel out to Hawaii. Throughout this whole process I have felt like I am the only customer she is dealing with. She has kept tabs on my car and updated me with any information as soon as it has become available. This is so important to me because this is my first experience shipping a vehicle anywhere and Kimberly has made the process extremely stress-free. If the time ever comes for me to ship another vehicle, I will have no doubts to choose this company again. I can't imagine a smoother process!

Because I found out about this company through a blogger's post, I have also included a similar review in my own blog about my experience moving to Hawaii. I hope to help anyone during their transition by recommending an AMAZING company and contact (Kimberly) like someone did for me!!
