I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport! From the moment the agent called me, on a Sunday evening within an hour of submitting my quote request, I felt that I could trust him. He was upfront and honest about how the business works and how he would be able to help me. He made the entire enterprise a quick and low labor project for me, which was exactly what I wanted. We settled on a price that he suggested would move the car within my time frame and the results were better than could have even been expected. Less than 24 hours after posting the car, he called me to say that my bid had been accepted at the lowest end of our price range AND that the company would pick it up at a much more convenient location to where I lived than we originally thought. I was so impressed with his professionalism and follow through. I called several times with various questions and he always answered the phone immediately or got back to me within minutes. The car was picked up only 1 day after the first available date and even arrived to the destination 1 day earlier than expected. Everything went off without a hitch, the truck driver was prompt and nice, and my car arrived in great condition. I never felt uncomfortable knowing that I had Don watching over my transaction. I would 100% recommend this company and would use it again myself. Thank you thank you!
