Was scared to death when reading some of the horror stories of people having cars shipped. Everything from damaged to never showing up. So I did my homework. Just by searching for transport about 15 different companies tried for my business. Within my homework was told find a company registered with the BBB (Better Business ) find a company who will not cash your deposit until your car is picked up. ( That thinned the heard some) also find a company that backs there drivers, and will send you there insurance info before it is picked up. After a couple more nit picky things to look at on my end there was only one company left standing Suncoast. Sure they have had disputes over there long history but there also the only company I could find that had resolved all three, yes only three. Can't please everyone. My experience was pain free there customer service is top notch. Fought through some of the toughest weather from Indiana to PA I received constant updates even when there was nothing to report. Answered any and all my questions even the stupid ones. After a couple of conversations with Becky from Suncoast I had no worries, and that even after my car was picked up they do not and will not abandon you. They are door to door and they have no legal obligation to do so. There all your homework has been done call Suncoast and relax. If it takes longer than you wanted its because there screening drivers and will not risk your baby to just any moron who applies for pic up. It's better to have it all in one piece than to be in a impatient hurry end up with damage or nothing at all. Just call Suncoast. Thx.
